Shipping Policies

For orders placed online, the available carriers are listed in the shipping box
during checkout. This allows you to designate your preferred carrier.

Factors that determine available carriers are:

• Size
• Weight
• Residential or Business addresses
• Shipping location
• Special shipping instructions 

Shipping Via Motor Freight

During checkout oversized items will be indicated.
These will ship via common carrier. 

Tracking Orders

You will be sent a confirmation vie email when your order ships. There will be a tracking number from the carrier that will link you to the appropriate site in order for you to track your shipment.

 

Foreign Countries

Frontier Paper routinely ships to Canada and Mexico. Applicable tariffs and taxes will be added to the invoice.
